Oracle EBS Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing Oracle E-Business Suite implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and experience coordinating cross-functional technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Oracle EBS functional and technical teams across modules.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project deliverables, milestones, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT project management experience.
• Strong experience managing Oracle EBS projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and modules.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials, SCM, Procurement, or related modules.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.
• Experience in retail or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle integrations and third-party applications.
