SAP SBP to FI Lead/Architect- 10+ yrs- Remote

Pre-Sales Scoping and Support for an opportunity related to SAP Budget and Planning (SBP) based on NetWeaver BW-SEM. We need help to understand the effort to add a new dimension for Academic Program in SAP Budget and Planning (SBP) based on NetWeaver BW-SEM. Looking for a SAP Budget and Planning (SBP) based on NetWeaver BW-SEM expert to estimate the efforts to add a new dimension in SBP. In SAP FI, the CFO wants to extend his Funds numbering by 4 digits to include easy reporting for the academic programs in S/4HANA (already covered by another SME). However, in SBP the academic program extension will need to flow to SBP and needs to be added as a new dimension, the hierarchy needs to be updated, adjust data flowing in, adjust calculation in BW /SBP, adjust data flowing out of SBP, update excel (customer responsibility).
