As an EPM on the software application platform team, you will be a key member working across the software engineering organization and with cross-functional partners to develop Apple's software application platform. EPMs are catalysts for the teams they support, bringing clarity by creating plans, driving teams to execute, setting goals and expectations, and removing roadblocks.
8+ years of Project / Program Management experience in the software development life cycle\nExperience developing project plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects\nExperience delivering customer-facing software features or projects from concept through delivery\nBS/MS or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with engineers and senior leaders\nA track record of quickly understanding technical concepts across a wide range of fields, including software architecture, API design, and system design\nDemonstrated ability to provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of project status and complicated engineering situations\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through complex design and architectural constraints\nAbility to track and manage numerous, unrelated parallel activities\nAbility to mobilize, encourage, influence, advocate for, and lead teams without direct authority\nSuperior collaboration, communication, and organizational skills\nExperience with software regulation compliance\nFamiliarity with iOS and macOS platform development\nFlexible, self-motivated, curious
