Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our healthcare construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale healthcare construction projects from conception to completion. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, and the chance to make a significant impact on the success of company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, from initial conception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
  • Lead contract administration and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for project management tasks, including document management and collaboration.
  • Manage construction activities, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Regularly report on project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare construction industry.
  • Proven experience in annual budgeting and forecasting, budgeting and cost control, contract administration, procurement, and construction management.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and other project management software.
  • Strong strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and cost control processes.
  • Experience in risk management, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
