Position: Oracle OLC Functional Lead

Location: New York, NY

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience
8–15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
Strong exposure to Learning & Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
Proven client-facing experience.
Implementation Experience with Healthcare Sector clients is preferred.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
