A leading global organization is seeking a
Service Desk Technician to join their Help Desk team. The company is transitioning service desk operations from a managed service provider back in-house and is expanding their internal support team.
Role OverviewThis position provides
first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and account-related issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
This is an excellent opportunity for an
entry-level IT professional to gain hands-on experience in a large enterprise environment. Candidates with prior help desk or service desk experience are also encouraged to apply.

Team & Growth OpportunitiesThe organization has an established team of contractors supporting the Service Desk and has steadily expanded its ticket volume and user base over the past several years. They are actively working on building out structured support tiers and long-term career paths within the Infrastructure team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
