Software Manager / .NET / Scrum / Remote / Atlanta, GA

A client is looking to bring on a Software Manager to join their team. This team is based in Gainesville, GA and is remote. You'll be leading with growing team working on a leading pharmaceutical application. You'll be managing a team of software developers and some in the infrastructure. This role is mostly hands off. You'll be acting as a scrum master and doing some of the project management responsibilities, as this team runs lean. This team develops in C#, with some legacy applications in Delphi that's a huge plus. You'll be partnering with some off-shore teams, developers, QA, and customers to continue to develop and expand their current product along with implementation of their application.
You'd be joining a high-level team to make a massive impact on the products and team that is scaling rapidly! This client is looking for someone who is extremely independent and seeks other confident individuals to make a significant impact on their services, new initiatives, and culture. They're looking for someone with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills who can hit the ground running.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months with permanent conversion
Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript,
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server
• 3+ year of experience with Infrastructure
• Experience with wireframing

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with pharmaceuticals or medical technology
