Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Agile Coach to lead and scale Agile methodologies across our organization. Key Responsibilities
·Champion enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model) to facilitate large-scale transformations, coaching multiple teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on best practices.
·Configure, administer, and optimize Jira and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) for seamless workflow management, custom dashboards, and real-time visibility into sprint progress and impediments.
·Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA macros, Power Query) to visualize KPIs, burndown charts, velocity trends, and portfolio health metrics.
·Integrate Gen AI tools (e.g., Atlassian Intelligence, Copilot for Jira) to automate routine tasks like story generation, retrospective analysis, and predictive forecasting for sprint planning.
·Lead automation initiatives using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or Gen AI scripts to streamline ticket routing, notifications, and compliance reporting, reducing manual overhead.
·Conduct enterprise reporting sessions, creating executive-level dashboards that highlight Agile maturity, ROI on transformations, and cross-team dependencies.
·Mentor teams on data-driven decision-making, facilitating workshops on metrics interpretation, bottleneck analysis, and continuous improvement using tools like Power BI for predictive analytics
·Collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives, driving cultural shifts toward agility in a multi-vendor, enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor''s/Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
·SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, or equivalent certification; proven experience in enterprise Agile coaching (5+ years).
·Expertise in Atlassian Suite: Advanced proficiency in Jira (Cloud/Server), Confluence, and automation plugins for enterprise-scale configurations.
·Proficiency in Reporting & Visualization: Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI and Excel for Agile metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, defect rates).
· Gen AI & Automation: Demonstrated use of Generative AI for Agile workflows (e.g., Jira AI features, ChatGPT integrations) and automation scripting to enhance efficiency.
·Strong facilitation skills with 8+ years in IT/software delivery, including experience in tech ecosystem.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence C-suite executives.
