Job Description:
  • The Supply Chain Financial Analyst Level 1 is responsible for managing transaction flows for a diverse portfolio of Supply Chain Finance customers.
  • This role supports front office system registration, ensures compliance with credit approvals, and performs daily administration of booked facilities.
  • The analyst reviews documentation, monitors account balances, analyzes transaction requests, and supports reporting, investigations, and special projects while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Math, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Working knowledge of AML and OFAC compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with commercial lending (Supply Chain Finance) accounting methods.
Experience:
  • 2 3 years of Middle Office and/or Operations experience supporting Supply Chain Finance, Treasury, and/or Commercial Lending business lines or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Supply Chain Finance customers transaction flows.
  • Handle front office system registration for booking facilities after closing in compliance with credit approval.
  • Review credit approvals, credit agreements, facility letters, and term sheets and summarize key information related to account administration.
  • Prepare setup documentation for communication and monitoring.
  • Ensure proper daily administration of booked facilities and requested transactions using spreadsheets and banking platforms.
  • Analyze transaction requests in detail.
  • Ensure utilizations remain within approved limits.
  • Verify client signatures on transaction requests.
  • Prepare instructions for facility utilizations.
  • Support the department with reporting, investigations, and special projects.
  • Provide support to customers for specific needs or inquiries.
  • Perform account support and balance monitoring.
Should Have:
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Knowledge of banking products.
  • Understanding of supply chain finance credit agreements.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance risks related to Supply Chain Finance.
  • Multilingual skills, with Spanish as a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lead initiatives independently with manager guidance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Math, or a related quantitative discipline.
