Job Summary This role serves as the primary resource for delivering a system upgrade and supporting an SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade, with a specialized focus on Transportation Management (TM). The position is responsible for assessing system impacts, validating logistics business processes, resolving system defects, and ensuring uninterrupted daily shipping and logistics operations throughout the upgrade transition. No coding is required. Key Responsibilities Assess the functional impacts of the SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade on Transportation Management (TM) processes using SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, and relevant documentation. Validate end-to-end business process integrity and support a smooth migration through hands-on testing, integration, and functional configuration. Identify and resolve system defects through structured root cause analysis and continuous testing. Collaborate with Application Development, BPMA, TCA, integration, and testing teams to implement required changes. Coordinate with Change Management teams on upgrade-related impacts and activities. Maintain critical logistics operations and ensure freight planning, carrier selection, and shipment processes remain operational throughout the upgrade. Support system retrofits, deployment projects, and dual maintenance activities during steady-state and upgrade periods as needed. Required Qualifications Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM). Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments and system upgrade initiatives. Experience assessing functional impacts of SAP upgrades using SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, and related documentation. Experience with end-to-end business process validation, functional testing, integration testing, and functional configuration. Experience troubleshooting system defects and performing structured root cause analysis. Experience supporting logistics, transportation, freight planning, carrier selection, and shipment-related business processes. Strong collaboration skills with application development, integration, testing, business process, and change management teams. Ability to support system retrofits, deployment activities, and dual maintenance during upgrade transitions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrades. Experience with SAP Transportation Management upgrade and migration projects. Experience in consumer goods and services or similar enterprise logistics environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
