- Experience with Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
- Experience leading architecture, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
