Champion the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, ensuring that every critical incident leads to a documented, permanent corrective action and long-term stability.
Synthesize operational data into actionable development goals by collaborating with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and manage the backlog within Azure DevOps (ADO).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities for system monitoring, triage protocols, and resolution workflows.
Validate bug fixes and new feature stories within lower environments, ensuring seamless delivery through the release pipeline into production.
Mentor junior support tiers to elevate the team''s collective technical prowess and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Advocate for the end-user experience during sprint planning sessions, ensuring that business-critical stability items receive the priority they deserve.
Maintain rigorous adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while overseeing the health and visibility of the application backlog.
What You Bring
Professional Tenacity: At least 5 years of mastery in application support, production operations, or software engineering within enterprise-scale landscapes.
Technical Command: Advanced proficiency in modern monitoring ecosystems (such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Zabbix) and enterprise ticketing platforms.
DevOps Fluency: Expert-level experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira to manage the lifecycle of bugs, user stories, and release deployments.
Analytical Rigor: A proven track record of conducting deep-dive technical troubleshooting and navigating highly complex architectural environments.
Framework Expertise: Deep understanding of ITIL methodologies (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and Agile development cycles.
Collaborative Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical incidents into clear business value for Developers, QA, and Product stakeholders.
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred; specialized certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, Splunk Power User) are highly regarded.
