Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The Senior SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced SharePoint solutions to support organizational objectives and business processes in federal or enterprise environments. This role leverages expertise in SharePoint architecture, customization, integration, and workflow automation. As a technical leader, the Senior SharePoint Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides guidance on best practices, governance, and the secure management of digital content.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Customize and extend SharePoint sites using client-side and server-side development (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, SPFx, C#, .NET).
- Integrate SharePoint with external systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain automated business processes using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and related tools.
- Administer SharePoint environments, including site collections, permissions, and security groups.
- Perform migrations and upgrades of SharePoint environments, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint performance, integration, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the development of SharePoint best practices and governance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities for SharePoint solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Eight years of experience in SharePoint Development (including customized code, and creating/modifying web parts, creating/modifying SharePoint workflows).
- Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (May include SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc.)
- Five years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures.
- Five years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures.
- Five years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers and project managers.
- Five years of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experience. Five years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQueryIAT Level II certification
- Active Top-Secret/ SCI with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
