Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (FSCM 9.2 – O2C)

Introduction:

This position is for an Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant specializing in FSCM 9.2 – O2C (Order to Cash). The consultant will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting technical issues, customization and reporting, as well as collaborating with business users to ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 on Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing, and Cost accounting
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support
• Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools
• Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Support, Maintenance, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 system
• Strong business process knowledge in Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing, and Cost accounting
• Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshooting issues
• Expertise in Peopletools including Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface, and SQR
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Order to Cash (O2C) Process
• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role
