Business Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (Wealth Management)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in the Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to define data requirements, create source-to-target mappings, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.

• Define and maintain source-to-target data mappings for enterprise data initiatives.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate data solutions.

• Provide end-user support and training for reporting and analytics tools.

• Contribute to data governance and best practices initiatives.

Required Skills

• Wealth Management experience is mandatory.

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Data Analytics.

• Expertise in SQL.

• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.

• Strong understanding of data mapping and ETL concepts.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Experience working with ETL tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related roles.

• Relevant certifications (CBIP, CAP, etc.) are a plus.
