Summary

2-3 years of experience administering IT infrastructure within OT, ICS, and SCADA environments.

Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, RODC, DNS, DHCP, and PKI administration.

Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs across DMZ and corporate zones.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring platforms like SolarWinds or PRTG to ensure system reliability.

Experience in executing rigorous NERC CIP compliance tasks, endpoint antivirus checks, and routine patching.

Experience with backup and restoration technologies to protect critical operational technology environments.

Excellent communication skills to liaise seamlessly across IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and site operations teams.

Execute established runbooks and standard operating procedures to maintain daily operational technology infrastructure.

Administer critical system patching, endpoint antivirus verifications, and routine data backup and restoration tasks.

Manage user accounts, access controls, and strict compliance workflows across distributed operational environments.

Monitor system reliability across SCADA architectures and substations to ensure continuous operational uptime.

Support ongoing technology projects by deploying new applications and rolling out infrastructure solutions.

Provide direct technical support for site-level servers, network hardware, remote access points, and end-user devices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to securely bridge operational technology environments with corporate IT networks.
