Summary

Role: UAT Test Analyst (Child Support Modernization)
Location: Hartford, CT - Hybrid
Rate: $45/Hr C2C

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience supporting UAT for Child Support Modernization implementations
Strong knowledge of Child Support programs, including policies, workflows, and case management
Ability to comply with state policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across Child Support modules
Collaborate with business SMEs to develop test scenarios and test cases
Execute test cases, document results, and log defects
Participate in defect triage, retesting, and validation of fixes
Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, workflows, and federal regulations
Provide daily status updates and support UAT cycle closeout
Assist with statewide rollout testing and post-go-live stabilization

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience supporting UAT for Child Support Modernization implementations
Strong knowledge of Child Support programs, including policies, workflows, and case management
Ability to comply with state policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Child Support program staff and business SMEs
Familiarity with federal OCSE requirements and reporting
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, ALM)
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor government implementations
