Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for an ICAM/IAM Lead to support our proposal effort for the DAF ICAMS III in San Antonio, TX. Position Overview: The ICAM/IAM Lead serves as the senior technical and strategic leader responsible for the design, implementation, integration, governance, and operational oversight of enterprise identity solutions, with a primary focus on SailPoint and related IAM technologies. This role provides leadership across Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication Services, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Zero Trust initiatives.
The position works closely with government stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, enterprise architects, application owners, and business leaders to ensure secure, scalable, compliant, and mission-aligned identity services.
Job Duties: - Lead enterprise ICAM and IAM initiatives supporting identity governance, authentication, authorization, provisioning, and privileged access management capabilities.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Lead identity lifecycle management activities including provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role management, and identity reconciliation.
- Lead the implementation of authentication services including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), federation, and password less authentication solutions. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and controls.
- Lead the integration of IAM services with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern application architectures.
- Lead the design and implementation of Zero Trust identity and access management principles.
- Provide technical leadership for IAM platform deployments, upgrades, enhancements, and operational support activities.
- Lead IAM modernization and transformation initiatives supporting enterprise cybersecurity strategies.
- Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
- Support compliance audits, access reviews, governance activities, and cybersecurity assessments.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance to IAM engineers, administrators, and project teams.
- Communicate IAM strategies, risks, technical solutions, and recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Support project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and successful execution of IAM initiatives.
Required Experience: - 7+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs, enterprise identity solutions, or cybersecurity architectures.
- 5+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of enterprise IAM architectures.
- 5+ years of experience deploying, integrating, and operationalizing IAM or cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience leading large-scale IAM transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Federal Government ICAM, IAM, cybersecurity, or Zero Trust initiatives.
- Experience implementing, integrating, administering, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow within enterprise environments.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Experience with authentication technologies including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, SCIM, federation services, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience integrating IAM platforms with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience supporting API-driven identity services and modern application integrations.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles and modern identity security concepts.
- Experience leading teams, projects, or operational processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirements: - AnActive DOD Secret Clearance is required.
