Low Voltage Technician - 4-Month Contract Location: SLC Utah County Weber County Davis County

OverviewWe are seeking
experienced Low Voltage Technicians to support multiple fast-paced construction and technology deployment projects across the Wasatch Front. This is a
4-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering consistent work, opportunities for travel, and the ability to contribute to high-impact builds involving access control, structured cabling, AV systems, and security.
Technicians will meet each morning at a central location in Ogden and will be transported to job sites by our dispatch team. Success in this role requires technical expertise, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with junior-level techs.
What You'll Work On- Access Control Systems (PDK, Salto, Genea)
- Security Camera Installation (CCTV, IP cameras, WAPs)
- Structured Cabling (Cat5/6, fiber, punchdowns, cable routing)
- Audio/Visual Systems (Crestron, Q-Sys, AV device setup)
- General installation, troubleshooting, and hardware tasks
- Supporting construction-phase technology deployments
- Ensuring clean, accurate, on-time installs across multiple job sites
Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years of experience in low voltage installation
- Hands-on experience with access control, security, AV, or structured cabling
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, terminate, and test cabling
- Proficient with punchdowns, rack/board mounting, labeling, and hardware setup
- Comfortable working in active construction environments
- Must bring your own tools (see list below)
- Must have/wear standard PPE (can be provided if needed)

PPE RequirementsPPE is required onsite. Items can be provided upon request:

Experience LevelExpert-Level Technicians or strong mid-level technicians ready to step up.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
