Epic Server Administrator

Overview
We are seeking an Epic ECSA–certified Epic Infrastructure / Server Administrator to support a migration from an on-prem Epic environment to the Epic Hosted environment.

This is a highly technical Epic role requiring hands-on experience with Epic infrastructure, client deployment, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure-level support for an Epic environment during a hosted migration

• Support Epic Hyperspace client configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting

• Manage Epic client setup and deployment across the enterprise

• Support printer and workstation backend configuration

• Assist with Epic server administration and management

• Collaborate with existing Epic and IT teams to maintain system stability and performance

• Support operational needs while the core team focuses on migration activities

Required Qualifications

• Epic ECSA certification (required)

• Strong experience supporting Epic infrastructure and server environments

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Epic Hyperspace

  • Epic client setup and deployment

  • Printer and workstation backend configuration

  • Epic server administration and management

• Experience supporting Epic Hosted environments and/or Epic hosting migrations

• Citrix application deployment experience

• Active Directory administration experience

• Prior experience supporting large or multi-entity health systems

• Experience working in healthcare IT environments

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
