Summary

Title: Senior Web Developer PowerApps / SharePoint

Location: Austin, TX 78701 (Onsite)

Power Platform Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy solutions to automate business processes and enhance productivity
Convert existing PDF forms to Microsoft Forms, including redesign, building, and testing
Integrate Microsoft Forms with new and existing Power Automate Flows
Build and test Power Automate Flows to automate repetitive/manual tasks
Incorporate approval routing, Outlook email, and SharePoint list integration into Flows

SharePoint Online Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute a SharePoint Online intranet with HUB sites aligned to organizational needs
Migrate content (PDFs, Microsoft Forms) from Drupal (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online
Administer SharePoint Online environments: create/configure site collections, libraries, and lists
Oversee and optimize SharePoint permissions, groups, and security

Other Responsibilities

Respond to helpdesk tickets; diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform
Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and governance
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in meetings, and provide actionable solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and team members
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and maintain best practices

Key Skills / Expertise:

Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms

SharePoint Online administration and development

Content migration from Drupal to SharePoint

Workflow automation, approvals, and Outlook integration

Stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and end-user support
