This is a full?time role working with Salesforce Service Cloud in an Agile, operations?driven environment. Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of Salesforce experience in an analyst, admin, or developer capacity
- Strong hands?on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Background in Salesforce administration (flows, users, permissions, configuration)
- Experience supporting end users and resolving incidents or issues
- Comfortable working in Agile or fast?changing environments
Desired Skills & Experience
- Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Helpdesk or ticketing experience (ServiceNow a plus)
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Kafka, or mixed data environments
- Light Apex or Salesforce development experience
