Job Summary
Value Technology is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital applications. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical leadership with experience managing teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment using Java and React.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based solutions.
Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews and technical best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
Drive sprint planning, estimation, technical solutioning, and release management.

Ensure application quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.
