Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of expertise in creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end UX design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery. This role requires strong design leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead the complete UX design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

·        Drive design strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs.

·        Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

·        Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable component libraries.

·        Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape product vision and requirements.

·        Simplify complex workflows into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

·        Utilize analytics, user insights, and data to optimize design decisions.

·        Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.

·        Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency and quality.

·        Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

·        Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

·        10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

·        Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership and complex problem-solving capabilities.

·        Expertise in UX research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

·        Advanced proficiency in:

o   Figma (Preferred)

o   Adobe XD and Sketch

o   Prototyping tools such as Framer, Axure, and InVision

·        Deep understanding of:

o   Design systems and scalability

o   Responsive and mobile-first design principles

o   Accessibility standards (WCAG)

·        Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

·        Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
