We're looking for a Voice & AV Operations Technician to support the reliability, performance, and monitoring of critical voice, contact-center, and collaboration systems. This person will work onsite in Columbia, MD.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support Genesys Cloud and/or NiCE voice environments, ensuring availability and rapid incident response.
- Troubleshoot IVR, call flows, routing, voice quality, and signaling issues.
- Lead incident communications, maintain runbooks, and follow change-management processes.
- Coordinate with vendors/carriers and track SLAs/KPIs.
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference-room AV systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Configure and integrate AV technologies (Crestron, Extron, OneBeyond) with Microsoft Teams.
- Provide user support for Teams meetings and collaborate with IT teams on installations and upgrades.
- Participate in on-call rotation and follow security/compliance requirements.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of voice systems, IVR, and contact-center technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV equipment.
- Proficiency with conference-room technologies (Crestron, Extron, OneBeyond).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
