We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master Lead role in Austin, TX, for a long-term contract.
Agile Scrum Master II
On-site 4-5 days a week
must be in the Austin Area
Responsible for monitoring the agile processes and meetings related, but not limited to, the AASTHOWare Project platform and projects. Increases team efficiency, motivates the team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done).
Required Skills :
4-7 Years - Agile development tools & practices
4-7 Years - Experience managing development teams/work
4-7 Years - Experience writing user stories
4-7 Years - Experience in grooming a working backlog
4-7 Years - Experience managing business stakeholders through a review/approval process
4-7 Years - Knowledge of and/or experience with software development, testing, and quality assurance
methodologies.
4-7 Years- Familiarity with web services, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL
4-7 Years - Expertise working with data structures and algorithms
4-7 Years - Experience with COTS products
Preferred Skills
4 - DevOps, ADO, JIRA experience
4 - SCRUM Certified
4 - AASHTOWare Project product experience
