Description We are seeking a
QA Tester to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality applications and technology solutions. This role is responsible for supporting application testing efforts, executing test plans, identifying defects, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and a seamless user experience.

Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Execute application testing for internal and external systems.
- Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business partners, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Gain a thorough understanding of system functionality and business processes.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in Agile project teams and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience performing end-to-end UAT testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP applications or environments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and supporting issue resolution.
