- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field
- Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
- Understanding of commonly used quality concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience with inspections, documentation control, and compliance processes
- Familiarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Ability to analyze data and prepare quality trend reports
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on the production floor

Responsibilities
- Maintain and control quality system documentation
- Perform in-process and final product inspections
- Conduct incoming material inspections to ensure defect-free material flow
- Prepare Certificates of Compliance (COCs)
- Conduct First Article Inspections
- Perform internal audits of the quality management system
- Carry out production floor audits to ensure procedural compliance and improve performance
- Support third-party and customer audits
- Prepare and analyze trend charts for key quality metrics; assist in addressing negative trends
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters
- Identify supplier non-conformances and issue/track Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)
- Manage supplier performance through DMR processes
- Provide input for customer complaint investigations
