Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced AbInitio Developer SE4 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in AbInitio, ETL development, and Oracle database management, with a strong background in batch processes within a Linux environment. This role requires expertise in managing Ab Initio Co>Op System, GDE, and proficiency in Python or shell scripting, along with experience in job scheduling and performance tuning.
Responsibilities: - Develop and manage AbInitio ETL processes and workflows.
- Administer and optimize Ab Initio Co>Op System and GDE.
- Write and maintain Python or shell scripts for automation and process improvement.
- Utilize Autosys for batch job scheduling and monitoring.
- Optimize Oracle database performance and SQL query tuning.
- Work with Ab Initio components that integrate with messaging systems like KAFKA and MQ.
- Convert database objects to JSON format for data processing.
- Handle large volumes of data for batch processing and ensure performance tuning.
- Create asynchronous micro-batches and implement non-linear batch processes.
- Apply knowledge of continuous graphs for process improvement (preferred).
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and proactively address challenges.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in AbInitio, ETL development, and Oracle DB.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and batch processing.
- Strong skills in Python or shell scripting and GitHub.
- Experience with Autosys for batch job scheduling.
- Expertise in Oracle database management and SQL query performance tuning.
- Familiarity with messaging systems like KAFKA and MQ.
- Ability to handle and optimize large data volumes for batch processes.
- Knowledge of asynchronous micro-batches and non-linear batch processes.
- Continuous graph knowledge is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges and delivery.

Pay Range: $65 - $80
