RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Product Manager in Miami, FL.
Summary:
The client is looking for a functional Salesforce Commerce Cloud Product Manager to help drive the roadmap, business capabilities, priorities, and product decisions for the Commerce Cloud environment. This role will partner with business and technology teams to translate eCommerce needs into clear platform capabilities and actionable priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and shape the Salesforce Commerce Cloud product roadmap aligned to business priorities
* Define and evaluate eCommerce business capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
* Lead functional product decisions around Commerce Cloud capabilities, priorities, and future-state needs
* Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items
* Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions based on business value, customer impact, and platform capabilities
* Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams through implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong functional experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
* Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Product Analyst experience within eCommerce
* Proven experience with product roadmapping, capability planning, prioritization, and decision-making
* Strong understanding of eCommerce processes such as catalog/product, pricing, checkout, payments, orders, subscriptions, and fulfillment
* Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and product direction
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
