Role: M&A Tech Lead

Location: (Remote) EST/CST timezone

Overall skill sets M&A, Technology integration, More experience on the execution level and not on advisory / strategy consulting

JD:

Senior Tech Resource required (6+ months):

• Senior Technology leader with strong strategic Tech experience across all facets of Tech (identity, messaging, end-user devices, applications and CRM
• Strategic programme owner who can shape the integration blueprint for Tech, build the plan with milestones dependencies and resource requirements, stand up governance and drive execution through to close-out of key deliverables
• Collaborative partner to business and tech stakeholder; able to lead with CTO and report into the central Integration team to land change at pace and with control
• Ability to work in 2 environments and keeping in mind compliance and user experience for employees in the planning process
• Ability to prioritise key activities based on division strategic business priorities
• Liaise with all Technology owners to lead successful delivery of discovery, planning and execution for all service areas (DWS, Identity, etc.)
