Title: Business Architect
Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid Onsite
Contract: 6+ Months
For the Business Architect either R2R , OTC or P2P, the role would assist with the development of the finance/oracle vision and help craft the art of the possibility for client , including process transformation. Oracle fusion experience would be a plus and the role would then help set the stage and strategy for the longer-term Oracle migration.

Vision & Strategy Development
Define and articulate the future-state vision for Finance powered by Oracle Fusion
Translate business objectives into a compelling transformation narrative and roadmap
Identify opportunities to modernize and digitize core finance capabilities
Process Transformation
Assess current-state finance processes and identify improvement opportunities
Lead design of streamlined, scalable, and standardized future-state processes
Align business process changes with Oracle Fusion capabilities and best practices
Oracle Enablement & Roadmap
Support planning and strategy for a broader Oracle Fusion migration initiative
Help establish foundational architecture, governance, and sequencing for transformation
Provide guidance on Oracle-driven operating model shifts
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business, finance, and IT leadership to align on priorities and outcomes
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
Communicate strategy and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders
