Role Overview
This position is for a Program Manager to oversee multiple technical projects. The role involves interaction with business stakeholders, technology teams, and change and release management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project roadmaps, managing deployments, and providing regular status updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps and detailed project plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Oversee project deployments and coordinate with release management.
- Perform business and data analysis to support project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical project management within a financial institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project planning and execution.
- Strong background in data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
