Job Title : Infrastructure Automation Delivery lead Analyst (PM/BA)

Role Summary:

The Infrastructure Automation Delivery Analyst (PM/BA) supports delivery and business analysis for infrastructure automation initiatives across cloud and onprem environments. This role combines project coordination and technical business analysis, working closely with infrastructure operations, automation engineers, and platform teams to convert manual processes into automation-ready requirements and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills:

8-10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, OR Infrastructure / Platform delivery coordination , OR Automation / DevOps project environments Leading Infrastructure projects.
We need Hands-on PM+ BA role not a people manager
Strong infra + automation exposure required
Understanding of Infrastructure Automation / IaC concepts
Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and onprem infrastructure
Knowledge of ITSM processes (ServiceNow preferred)
Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
Agile / Scrum / Kanban working experience
