Summary

  • Strong hands-on Dynatrace experience in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building technical solutions on the Dynatrace platform, beyond administration and standard platform configuration.
  • Proven ability to independently take a Dynatrace automation solution from requirements/design through development, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
  • Hands-on experience developing Dynatrace Workflows and using them as part of broader automation solutions.
  • Strong experience using Dynatrace APIs programmatically to build integrations or automation.
  • Proficiency with scripting used to build operational automation and extend Dynatrace functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dynatrace tagging, ownership models, and strategies that support automated routing and response.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise observability and major-incident-management processes.
  • Ability to work within aggressive delivery timelines and rapidly build, test, troubleshoot, and implement production-ready solutions.
  • Freshservice experience is extremely nice to have but not required.
