QA Automation Tester

Must have: Selenium, JAVA
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices in automation testing.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored consultancy services.
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide training and support to client teams on Selenium best practices and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and Selenium.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation consultancy.
- Certifications in Selenium or related testing frameworks are a plus
