The Technical Support Analyst II is a customer centric role responsible for providing technical support to the end-user community and associated enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (both physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals. Responsibilities include handling multiple communication channels for support requests from end users including incoming calls, tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system, instant message and email (both Microsoft & Google) to record and resolve reported incidents, service requests, and access requests within agreed service levels. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for investigating and resolving support requests. Following established, high-standard processes, your mission will be to restore critical services with maximum efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Investigate and respond to a variety of hardware and software support requests.
Adhere to documented procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and fulfillment.
Restore IT services for end users, prioritizing speed and accuracy to minimize downtime.
Note: This role includes occasional after-hours support to ensure our 24/7 operations stay on track.
