They are seeking a future team member for the role of Post-Quantum Cryptography Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Build, integrate, and support a Cryptographic Asset Management Platform to enable the move to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
- Implement and support cryptography solutions across the BNY Enterprise.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to determine cryptography use cases.
- Create architecture, system build, procedures, and knowledge articles documentation.
- Respond to requests from users, Internal Audit, and Federal Regulators on company-specific PKI.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Certifications: CISSP.
- 5+ years of experience installing and supporting cryptographic solutions.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following:
- HSMs and Key Management Systems (KMS).
- Automation of cryptographic key services.
Knowledge of the following:- Cryptographic algorithms and key management.
- Secure protocols and certificates.
- Quantum Computing and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
- Automated discovery and inventory of cryptographic assets.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (GDPR, DORA, NIST, and ISO 27001).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
