What You’ll Do
- Design, manage, and optimize relational databases for reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes (SSIS or similar) for data integration and reporting.
- Create and refine SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support analytics and business decisions.
- Ensure database security, integrity, and backup/recovery readiness.
- Partner with business and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective data solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with ETL tools and data modeling concepts.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database security best practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial systems or BI/reporting tools (e.g., CRM, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and enterprise software environments.
