UX/Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across print, digital, email, and visual storytelling channels. What You'll Do- Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, email, and sales enablement materials
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and brand libraries
- Create visually engaging collateral, campaigns, presentations, direct mail, and marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer and team member touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
- Support and participate in photoshoots and video production projects
- Translate ideas and strategy into polished, user-centered visual experiences
- Execute projects independently from concept through final production with minimal oversight
- Contribute to the evolution of the Lifespace brand aesthetic and visual storytelling approach
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, UX Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of UX experience
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, creative production, or related creative roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and UX/UI work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and templates
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Video production or motion graphics experience is a plus
