Summary

 Job Title: Business Analyst - Cards processing or Cards Disputes

Work Location- Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA.

Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholder’s product owners architects and development teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.

Lead requirement elicitation workshops interviews process reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements user stories business process flows and acceptance criteria.

Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents BRD.

Functional Requirement Specifications FRS.

User Stories and Epics, Use Cases

Process Flow Diagrams.

Data Mapping Documents.

Analyze current state and future state business processes and recommend improvements.

Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Support backlog grooming sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing UAT defect triage and business signoff activities.

Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.

Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.

Support change management training and deployment activities.

Key Competencies including Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Stakeholder Management.
