Senior IT Product Manager

Role Summary

The Senior IT Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, managing product lifecycle activities, and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. The role works closely with business stakeholders, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive product planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, operations, and business teams to deliver product solutions.
• Lead product planning, backlog management, and release prioritization.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products.
• Drive Agile product management processes and sprint planning activities.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user adoption metrics.
• Coordinate product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Prepare product documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of product management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and product delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and digital technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business related field.
• Experience managing enterprise or SaaS products is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
