Summary

Role: Forward Deployed Engineer - Gen AI

Location: Charlotte, NC (Need only Locals) (Hybrid 3 days office in a week)

The Role

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin/ Claude Code/ Cursor
Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD, internal platforms).
Partner closely with Client LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve the end-to-end product lifecycle using GenAI capabilities.
Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement, driving adoption and best practices across teams.
Monitor and optimize tool usage, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
Establish and drive best practices for GenAI usage, including prompt engineering and workflow integration.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support.

Requirements:

Strong full-stack engineering experience (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python)
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Event Driven and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP, Google Cloud Platform)

GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have)

Hands-on experience with:
Devin /Claude / Anthropic models /Developer tools like Cursor / Copilot-equivalent tools.

Strong understanding of:

Prompt engineering.
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
Agent-based workflows / tool usage.
Multi-agent architectures.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations.
Agentic services and autonomous AI work.
