Job Overview

Our client is seeking a senior MDM Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution design for a large-scale Master Data Management programme. You will serve as the technical authority guiding MDM, integration, data quality, and QA teams from design through go-live, with a focus on Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS, Cloud Data Integration, and Salesforce integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target MDM SaaS architecture on Customer 360 / Business 360 / Supplier 360: business entities, relationships, hierarchies, reference data, and source systems
• Design the MDM data model including entity extensions, field groups, cross-references, and history
• Define match and merge strategy, trust and survivorship rules, and golden record design
• Design data stewardship workflows, approval processes, and role-based security in MDM SaaS
• Set up IDMC org strategy — environments, sub-orgs, Secure Agents, runtime environments, deployment approach, and IPU consumption planning
• Define integration patterns for inbound loads and outbound publishing of golden records (batch, near real-time, event-driven)
• Set CDI design standards for mappings, taskflows, parameterization, incremental loads, error handling, and audit logging
• Design duplicate prevention between Salesforce and MDM (search-before-create, real-time match, field ownership rules)
• Integrate Cloud Data Quality rules and profiling into the MDM data flow
• Run architecture and design reviews; guide MDM developers, CDI developers, and DQ analysts
• Present architecture decisions and trade-offs to client stakeholders and steering committees

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Informatica MDM including hands-on IDMC MDM SaaS architecture
• Strong CDI architecture and design experience
• Proven Salesforce–MDM integration design experience including Bulk/REST APIs, bidirectional sync, and cross-reference management
• At least 2 end-to-end Informatica MDM implementations as solution architect
• Experience with MDM SaaS REST APIs, business events, and IDMC Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MDM
• IDMC Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Profiling, and CDGC
• Migration experience from MDM Hub 10.x or PowerCenter to IDMC
• Informatica certification in MDM SaaS or IDMC
• Salesforce Integration Architect certification
