Pay: $180,000 to $220,000 per year

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive healthcare financial analysis, planning, and budgeting experience
  • 5+ years with Power BI, Tableau, or similar enterprise analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other coding languages
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare finance and reimbursement methodologies
  • Advanced Excel and financial system skills
  • Proven leadership in developing and mentoring finance professionals
  • Ability to explain complex financials to non-financial leaders

What You\'ll Do

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders to set targets and monitor performance
  • Analyze results, investigate variances, and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Build financial models and pro formas for investments, acquisitions, and new initiatives
  • Perform scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI evaluations
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, reimbursement, and denial trends to improve performance
  • Develop service line financial plans, business cases, and performance metrics
  • Evaluate market expansion and new service line opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics

Nice-to-Haves

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Enterprise-level healthcare FP&A experience
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and service line development

Compensation and Benefits
