Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled XML Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support XML-based applications, data transformations, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with XML technologies, data exchange formats, and integration workflows to support enterprise applications and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain XML-based solutions and data transformation processes.
• Create and manage:
  • XML schemas (XSD)
  • XSLT transformations
  • XML parsing and validation
  • SOAP/XML web services
• Design and support system integrations using XML and related technologies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements for data exchange and integration projects.
• Troubleshoot XML processing, formatting, and integration issues.
• Work with APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications for data communication.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and mapping specifications.
• Perform testing and validation of XML files and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders on implementation activities.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of XML-related applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of:
  • XML
  • XSD
  • XSLT
  • XPath
  • SOAP and REST APIs
• Experience with XML parsing and transformation tools.
• Familiarity with:
  • JSON
  • Web services
  • Middleware/integration platforms
  • Data mapping concepts
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as:
  • Java
  • Python
  • JavaScript
  • C# (preferred)
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Software Engineering
  • Related field
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or ESB tools.
• Familiarity with:
  • BizTalk
  • MuleSoft
  • IBM Integration Bus
  • Oracle Integration tools
• Understanding of EDI or B2B integrations is a plus.
