You'll work closely with software engineering, business stakeholders, and operations teams while driving delivery across enterprise applications, Salesforce integrations, AI-assisted development initiatives, and internal technology projects. The environment is heavily focused on Jira, Monday.com, ERP systems, Agile delivery, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience managing software development or IT project delivery
- Strong experience with Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
- Experience coordinating Agile development teams, sprint planning, and release management
- Ability to write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience managing stakeholder communication and project prioritization
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What You Will Be Doing
- Own project intake, prioritization, planning, and execution across technology initiatives
- Create requirements, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria
- Run readiness reviews and quality checks before work enters development
- Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Maintain Jira and Monday.com project workflows and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate software releases, rollouts, and stakeholder communications
- Track project health, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes
