Position: Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Project Manager
Location: Remote - (NY/NJ preferred)

Job Summary:
Seeking a senior Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Project Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting enterprise customer engagement and business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams from requirements through implementation.

Experience within the Utilities industry or PEGA environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile projects and coordinate delivery across cross-functional technology teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, quality, and dependencies.
• Ensure teams follow Microsoft Azure DevOps standards for tasks, defects, time tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners to develop business requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications.
• Define release scope and schedules while ensuring consistent and timely value delivery.
• Identify project risks, issues, and impediments and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate activities across distributed teams, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and secure management alignment on major project decisions.
• Support team development, accountability, resource utilization, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and project management best practices.

Required Skills:
• Strong experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master and/or Project Management certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project/task tracking and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience leading and mentoring IT project teams.
• Strong business requirements and user story documentation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues and project impediments.
• Strong experience working in enterprise technology environments.
