We are looking for Full Stack Data Engineer - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Dallas, TX
Job Title: Full Stack Data Engineer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
  • Responsible for developing end-to-end data and analytics solutions, including dashboards, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable analytical and technical solutions while ensuring data integrity and performance.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, full stack development, or similar roles.
  • Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, and report optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL including joins, CTEs, and subqueries.
  • Experience working with databases such as Postgres and Snowflake.
  • Strong programming skills in Python including data analysis libraries.
  • Experience with Flask and SQLAlchemy for backend development.
  • Frontend development experience using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Experience working with large datasets and data analysis.
  • Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes preferred.
  • Experience in web development and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Develop and enhance frontend interfaces for data applications.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision making.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis for business initiatives.
  • Present insights and findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Design and execute testing activities based on requirements.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools and best practices.

Should Have:

  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Exposure to business domains such as finance, marketing, or operations.
  • Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling.
  • Experience with additional tools such as PHP or analytics platforms.

  • Full stack development.
  • Database management and ETL processes.
  • Problem-solving and communication.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
