Summary

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to provide accurate and timely information to business stakeholders
Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple data sources
Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, automate reporting, and enhance analytical capabilities
Maintain datasets from multiple heterogeneous sources using data modeling and data manipulation techniques
Translate technical data findings into meaningful insights for technical teams and management

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
